Disney Music Executive Charged W/ Three Felony Counts Of Child Sex Abuse

A Disney executive has found themselves in some serious legal trouble after being arrested and charged with three counts of child sex abuse. 

Jon Heely, the director of music publishing at Disney, is being accused of sexually abusing two underage girls ten years ago. The 58 year old allegedly victimized one girl when she was just 15 years old and the other at around 11 years old. The abuse of the second victim went on from age 11 to 15.

Heely was arrested on Novemebr 16th, yet was released on $150,000 bail. He was later charged with three counts of lewd and lascivious acts on a child. With his next court scheduled for Janurary 10th, Jon has vehemently denied these accusations,  pleading not guilty. If found guilty, Heely faces up to nine years and three month in prison.

Disney relaesed a statement claiming that the company suspened Heely when they learned of the charges. 

“Immediately upon learning of this situation tonight, he has been suspended without pay until the matter is resolved by the courts,” the spokesman said.
