Espn radio host Ryen Russillo has been suspended by the sports media company after a recent arrest which took place in Jackson, Wyoming. Russillo, 42, was arrested for breaking into a condo and refusing to leave the residents’ bed. The arrest happened on August 23rd at 4am.
Here’s the story. Russillo was found naked in a couple’s bed with his pants around his ankles, bloodshot eyes, and slurred speech. He didn’t know exactly where he was at, leaving police to wonder whether he thought he was supposed to stay in the condo.
‘He was obviously intoxicated and the only thing he said was that he was getting his stuff,’ police told the Jackson Hole News & Guide.
He couldn’t coherently answer any questions,’ Jackson police Lt. Roger Schultz said.
The lieutenant did confirm that Russillo didn’t force his way into the condo, leaving the residents unsure if they had locked the doors.
Russillo was later arrested and charged with criminal entry, a misdemeanor in Wyoming, with maximum punishments of six months in jail and a $750 fine. He was released on a $250 bail. Espn has suspended the radio host until September 5th.
