Caitlyn Jenner will be honored at the ESPYs this summer.
After she broke the internet, Caitlyn Jenner made more headlines after ESPN revealed today that Jenner will be awarded with the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the awards show on July 15.
“In the past few months, the overwhelming outpouring of support from all over the world for my journey has been incredible,” Jenner said in a press release. “However, being honored with this award, which is named after one of my heroes, is truly special. For the first time this July, I will be able to stand as my true self in front of my peers.”
Formerly known as Bruce, Jenner revealed in late April that she is a woman. Nearly a month later, the former Olympian debuted as Caitlyn as Vanity Fair revealed the first photos since her physical transformation.

The Arthur Ashe Courage Award is presented each year to individuals whose contributions transcend sports.
