Gucci Mane has had one of the best come ups since his prison release last year. The rapper and his fiancée have scored a new reality t.v. show that will follow the couple leading up to their big day.
According to reports, the couple landed a $650,000 contract with BET for a reality show documenting their lives up to their wedding – Gucci gets $400k and Keyshia gets $250k. If that wasn’t enough, the network is also footing the bill for their $1 million wedding.
The untitled series is slated for eight shows and will give fans an insight into everything leading up to their October 17th nuptials, including both bachelor and bachelorette parties.
Sources say VH1 was the front-runner to nab the show, but BET swooped in with a much better offer. Both companies are owned by Viacom, but the couple decided to go with BET.
The wedding is expected to take place in Miami and have around 200 guests. Gucci Mane proposed to his then longtime girlfriend on the kiss cam during an Atlanta Hawks game.
