Jerry Heller Suing ‘Straight Outta Compton’ for $110 Million — Depicted As A “Bad Guy”

Jerry Heller, former Ruthless Records co-founder, is suing literally everybody connected with ‘Straight Outta Compton’ with allegations of the film defaming him — suing for $110 Million.

Heller claims that he never gave permission for his likeness to be featured in the film (played by Paul Giamatti). Heller also feels as if he was depicted as a “bad guy” and “a sleazy manager who took advantage of Eazy-E, Dr. Dre and Ice Cube” therefore damaging his character.

Other lies in the movie according to Heller were:

He withheld a $75k check from Ice Cube

He fraudulently induced Dre and Cube to sign unfavorable contracts

He enjoyed lobster brunches while the contracts were being signed

He was fired by Eazy-E

Heller wants $110 Million for the damages

In addition to the $110 Million, Heller, is asking for a percentage of the movie’s profits.
