Unfortunately, it appears that fate and the justice system happen to continuously be on the side of George Zimmerman; because ever since being pronounced “innocent” in the killing of Trayvon Martin back in 2013, Zimmerman is literally lucky to be alive and not in prison thus far. Aside from the furor and scorn he receives for his unapologetic gloating in regards to “beating” his case, he’s been in and out of trouble with the law for an array of incidents. Back in 2015, Zimmerman was involved in a road rage incident with 57 year old Matthew Apperson.
Aspersion was recently convicted of attempted second degree murder, shooting an occupied vehicle, and aggravated assault. He citied self defense as his reason for shooting at Zimmerman after he saw Zimmerman flashing a gun during the road rage incident. While the bullet did miss Zimmerman’s head, he was sprayed with windshield glass when he was being treated for injuries. Today, Aspersion has been sentenced to 20 years in prison. In another twisted and concluded turn of events, George Zimmerman has proven that some type of dark angel is watching out for him.
