This #NewMusicFriday is dedicated to Nicki Minaj – mainly because she paused my whole Thursday night with the release of #3PackFromParis. #3PFP features three tracks, “No Frauds”, “Changed It” & “Regret In Your Tears”.
Not only did she drop new music but she finally addressed her beef with Remy Ma in “No Frauds” featuring Wayne & Drizzy.
“You can’t be Pablo if your work ain’t sellin’ / What the fuck is this bitch inhalin’?” raps Nicki. “Tried to drop ‘Another One,’ you was itchin’ to scrap / You exposed your ghostwriter / Now you wish it was scrapped / Heard your pussy on yuck / I guess you needed a Pap.”
“What type of bum bitch shoot a bitch over a rap? What type of mother leave her one son over a stack? / Lil’ Boogie Down basic bitch thinkin’ she back / Back to back, oh you mean, back to wack / Back to back, me and Drizzy laughed at that / They say numbers don’t matter, but when they discussin’ the kings / They turn around and say LeBron ain’t got six rings.”
Nicki also put Remy’s surgery-shaming to rest, all while calling Sheneneh (lol)
“Sheneneh, you a fraud committin’ perjury / I got before and after pictures of your surgery / Ra took you to her doc, but you don’t look like Ra / Left the operating table, still look like ‘nah.’”
Nicki even took to her Instagram to give Remy some written words.
“The greats took 3 months to respond to diss records,” she explained. “Queens don’t move on peasant time. Queens shut down Paris, then drops hits on #QueenTime.”
Nicki went on to deny ghostwriting claims, and focus on her chart-making success. “Been writing my own raps since I was 11,” she added. “GOD knows. Next week, I’ll beat Aretha for the most Hot 100 hits on billboard by ANY woman in the world EVER in the history of music. Stay in your bum ass place. Jealousy gets u no where.”
Next up is Nicki’s collab with Wayne, “Changed It”, where she continues her fury on Remy all while claiming the throne.
“The bitch gambled her career,” she warns. “Now it’s gon’ be severe.”
“MJ to the teens / I am Billie Jean and the bitch is my son / I’m doing it for fun, I am the first number, tell them bitches I won / This hoe getting slick, so I put on gym shoes and extended my run / MJ, game 6, Jackson, Tyson.”
Last but not least, Nicki serenades us on “Regret In Your Tears” (produced by Boi-1da, Cubeatz, and Allen Ritter), the ode to her break up with Meek Mill.
“‘Cause you don’t even know what you just lost / You don’t even know what you just had,” she sings before adding: “I tried to make somethin’ with you.”
Yep, took my whole Thursday by storm. Good job, Nicki. Listen to the joints #3PackFromParis below
