Rita Ora has officially found label home at Atlantic Records. Ora, who was initially signed to Roc Nation, has inked a worldwide recording contract with the label and plans to release new material later this year.
“Music is my first love and I am looking forward to getting my new songs released,” said Ora in a statement. “I’m thankful to my new Atlantic Records family for all their support and encouragement. The next chapter is going to be incredible.”

Ben Cook, the president of Atlantic Records UK, praised the label’s newest signee.
“Rita is a rare talent and a true global star,” he said. “First and foremost she’s a great singer who’s hugely passionate about music and I’m delighted to welcome her to Atlantic Records. We look forward to getting in the studio with her and making an incredible album.”
Ora sued Roc Nation last year, claiming she was “orphaned” by Jay Z’s label. Roc Nation filed a countersuit earlier this year before both parties came to an agreement.
