Just days after the 2017 BET Awards, rumors are swirling that BET’s Debra Lee is planning to make her exit to another job opportunity.
This comes after sources gave the inside scoop to Page Six, making claims that the company isn’t doing well under the CEO’s leadership,
“Tons of people from Viacom were saying that her days are numbered,” an inside source told Page Six.
A source also claimed Lee moved to Los Angeles in hopes of possibly getting into some studios.
However, another insider told Page Six that rumors of the 62-year-old leaving Viacom company are inaccurate.
Earlier this year the Viacom, BET, and former president of programming, Stephen Hill, were all slapped with a discrimination lawsuit by Zola Mashariki, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
