Remember Suge Knight’s portrayal in the ‘Straight Outta Compton’ film? Well, according to sources, he was never too satisfied with it from the start.
So what do you do when you’re ‘unhappy’ with the filmmaker’s depiction of your character? In Knight’s case, you send death threats to the director that may or may not strengthen that depiction.
According to TMZ, who got their hands on a copy of the Grand Jury indictment which states: “On or about August 8, 2014, Suge … threatened to commit a crime which would result in death and great bodily injury to Felix Gary Gray.”
The referenced ‘threat’ was allegedly delivered through text, during the production of the film resulting in an indictment dated back to February 7, 2017.
However, Knight’s arraignment is scheduled for Thursday, six months later.
Knight who reportedly believes law enforcement is targeting him, also allegedly killed a man who played a part in production of the Compton film.
Sources on his camp claim that the case is now ‘falling apart,’ according to TMZ.
