Tom Brady’s Super Bowl 51 Jersey Is Missing

Tom Brady’s Super Bowl jersey is missing… and people are having a heart attack.

Texas law enforcement have officially begun the investigation of the theft of New England Patriot QB, Tom Brady’s, Super Bowl 51 jersey.

Brady told reporters on Monday that he specifically remembers putting the jersey in his bag and when he came out, it was nowhere to be found.

“I put it in my bag and I came out and it wasn’t there anymore,” the QB said.

The lost jersey is now worth up to $500,000 and Brady understands that. The future hall of famer also told reporters nearly 11 hours after winning his 5th Super Bowl, “It’s unfortunate because that’s a nice piece of memorabilia, so if it shows up on eBay somewhere, someone let me know to track it down.”

Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick asked Texas Rangers on Monday to help Houston Police locate the missing jersey saying:

“Tom Brady’s jersey has great historical value and is already being called the most valuable NFL collectible ever. It will likely go into the Hall of Fame one day. It is more important that history does not record that it was stolen in Texas. I’ve called Colonel Steve McCraw to ask that the Texas Rangers work with the Houston Police Department on this case.”

Gee, if only they could put the same effort into the hundreds of girls still missing from the Boko Haram kidnapping in northeast Nigeria 3 YEARS AGO! #BringBackOurGirls

But we digress.

Seriously.. give the man his jersey back.
