Viral Singing Doctor Dies Before His ‘America’s Got Talent’ Episode Airs On TV

Life certainly isn’t promised. According to TMZ, a promising “America’s Got Talent” contestant has passed away before his upcoming episode ever made it to air.

Dr. Brandon Rogers, 29, died Sunday after being involved in a car accident in Maryland. The crooner got noticed by AGT producers from his Instagram videos covering songs, especially his viral and soulful rendition of “On Bended Knee” by Boyz II Men.

As of yet, there’s no word whether Rogers’ episode will actually air next month as scheduled. However, TMZ reports that the family is still in favor for the episode to grace the screen.

Rogers’ talent was also noticed by Boyz II Men. The promising singer joined the group on tour in January for a special performance.

“This past weekend has been nothing short of amazing,” Rogers wrote on Instagram. “Sharing the stage with my idols…literally a dream come true!!”

Condolences to Rogers’ family. The world will missing this sweet voice and physician.
